- your work matters
- I trust you and our team
- I appreciate your commitment
- thank you for working hard
- I was wrong, I am sorry
- your career path is my priority
- do you have the tools to succeed?
Those behaviors, mindsets and questions are easy to adapt in actions and less abstract then other models. For example read the article lessons from Nummi where cultural change is described.
Change behavior to change thinking.
Never forget: continue improving and working on your mindset. Be a good example. Treat others like you’d like to be treated. Be kind. Be the change you wish to see in the world.
